returns & exchanges
if you are not satisfied with the items you receive, you can return them within 30 days of the shipped date provided that the garment has not been worn, washed or damaged and must be accompanied by the original invoice.
consequently, we cannot accept exchanges and returns of items, which are damaged, washed or worn or without their original packaging, unless the damage is due to a flaw.
"accessories” and items that are marked as “on sale” are final sale items and therefore cannot be returned for exchange or refund. it is not possible to exchange one model for a different one; only the size and/or color of the same garment may be exchanged. to exchange one article for another one, you should return it for a refund and place a new order through peasnoo.com. returns & exchanges instructions: 1. all shipments will include a “returns form”, which must be completed and enclosed with any exchanged/returned items. 2. send an e-mail to returns@peasnoo.com, with your name, order number, and phone number, so we can process the 3. mail package to: peasnoo, inc.
please note that we are not responsible for the returns shipping cost and do not accept goods returned c.o.d. we recommend you to send the items using insured mail or with tracking, as we are not responsible for any items that fail to reach us. once items are received, we will check its condition and will send the size or color requested (for exchanges) or will issue refunds in the same form as the original payment. please note that high demand causes us to run out of certain items. if the item is not available for exchange, we will provide a refund for the item(s) returned. if you have any questions about our exchanges and refund policy, please contact us at returns@peasnoo.com.

original shipping charges are only refunded in the case of error or flaw. once the items have been received and the error or defect has been verified, we will credit you with the proportional part of the original delivery costs for the defective garment. we will also refund the proportional part of the delivery costs incurred when returning the flawed merchandise to us (up to $6). please, in these cases, remember to include a copy of your new shipping receipt, so we can process the delivery refund.
