shipping companies

we determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order.  the carriers that may be used include: u.s. postal service (usps), united parcel service (ups), fedex, or dhl.

delivery times

we offer standard and express delivery to the 50 united states and district of columbia .

please note that delivery to other u.s. territories, p.o. boxes and apo or fpo addresses is not available at this time.

to prevent any delivery issues (wrong addresses, inability to find a person for delivery etc.) it is necessary to fill in the corresponding form correctly. you are advised to indicate a contact telephone.

the exact shipping rate for all items in the shopping bag will be calculated and will appear on the page that summarizes the contents of the purchase before checkout.

standard delivery
orders are usually delivered within 5 to 10 business days of order confirmation, once billing and credit information have been authorized and verified. (monday through friday, pacific standard time on workdays, not including holidays).

express delivery
orders are usually delivered within 4 business days for orders placed by 12 p.m. pst (monday through friday on workdays) once billing and credit information have been authorized and verified. all orders are subject to verification. allow one additional business day for orders received after 12:00 pm pst.

deliveries outside the us

at present, we are unable to accept or ship international orders.

address validation

to ensure your packages are delivered to the correct address quickly, we compare the address you entered to the u.s. postal services (usps) database of valid address. that way, we can help identify and correct any typos or errors in the address you entered. if we find a mis-match, there may be a delay in shipping the package out to you.

shipping to multiple addresses

sorry, we are unable to separate out an order to go to multiple addresses. please go ahead and submit a separate order for each shipping address, we apologize for any inconvenience. if you have any questions about our shipping and handling policy, please contact us at questions@peasnoo.com.

track delivery

you will receive two e-mails after you have placed an order with us. the first confirms that your order has been submitted (your order confirmation number will be included) and the second confirms that your order has been shipped, along with the tracking number.
