can i purchase from peasnoo.com from anywhere in the world?

peasnoo offers you the possibility of making your purchases from any state, as long as the delivery address is in the 50 united states and district of columbia . we do not offer delivery internationally at the moment.

how do i order online?

add items to your shopping bag by clicking on the first item you wish to purchase. choose the color and size you want, and then click “add to shopping bag”. after reviewing your purchase, you can continue shopping by clicking on a category or click “checkout”. you will be asked for your shipping information, which is the address you wish to have the package shipped to. you will also be asked for your billing information, which is the address where your monthly credit card statement is sent. your billing address must match what the card issuer has on file. you will need to select your shipping method prior to entering your credit card information. enter your credit card information on the payment detail page and click on ‘submit payment’. you will receive an e-mail confirmation shortly following the order. make sure you write down your order number just in case you need to reference it later, or you can log in to your account and click on ‘order history’.

when your order has been received and you have provided us with a valid email address, you will receive an order confirmation via email. should you not receive a confirmation email, please log on to your peasnoo account to verify if your order has been placed before re-submitting your order to avoid duplicate orders from getting placed. as a registered user you can also view your order status by clicking "login" and signing in with your email and password and then clicking on "order history". after checking you peasnoo account online, if you still need assistance please e-mail us at orders@peasnoo.com.

how to order by phone?

sorry, at this time, we are not able to take phone orders.

can i fax or mail in an order?

sorry, we are unable to process orders by mail or fax at this time.

how do i cancel an order?

please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel an order.  once the merchandise has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. you can contact us at: cancel@peasnoo.com if you need further assistance.

how do i place an international order? 

sorry, we are not able to take international orders at this time.

what kind of payments do you accept?

we accept payments made via visa, mastercard, discover, and american express credit cards, debit cards, and peasnoo gift cards.  currently, peasnoo does not have a private label credit card.

please note, in order to make purchases, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the united states . in addition, the issuing bank must be based in the united states . please make sure to enter your exact billing information (first name, last name, billing address, and credit card number) as it appears on your credit card statement.

when will my credit card be charged?

your credit card will be charged once your order is shipped.  please note that once credit card authorization is received, depending on your bank, the funds may be reserved up to 30 days. please check your bank's policy. peasnoo reserves the right to request additional identification. if necessary, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.

what if my credit card is denied?

you will receive an error message immediately if there is a problem with processing your credit card. you will have the opportunity to enter a new card number if this happens. if the problem persists, please contact us at orders@peasnoo.com

what if my credit card is denied? how are taxes calculated?

peasnoo, inc. follows all applicable taxing regulations for the areas where we do business. each of the 50 u.s. states and the district of columbia has established state tax regulations. taxes are charged according to the shipping address of your order.

what does it mean when my order is under "authorization review "?

we take great pride in our part in preventing internet fraud. in our efforts to prevent the unauthorized use of our customer's credit cards, we have a strict authorization review program. there are several reasons why an account may show an ‘authorization review’ status. there may be a problem with the billing information, the shipping address, and/or we are having trouble contacting your credit card issuer. we will make every effort to ensure prompt investigation of these instances and process your order in a timely manner.

how do I know if my order has been shipped?

in most cases the items are packed and shipped out to you within 24 hours of us receiving your order.  orders will generally be shipped within one business day, unless for some reason an item has become unavailable or if we need to contact you to verify some aspect of your order. you will receive two e-mails after you have placed an order with us and provided a valid e-mail address.  the first confirms your order has been submitted (your order confirmation # will be included) and the second confirms that your order has been shipped, along with the tracking number.

what happens when an item becomes “out of stock” after I’ve placed my order?

occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. if the item you ordered is out-of-stock, you will receive an "out-of-stock" email notice and the item will be removed from your order, and the pricing adjusted accordingly.  we apologize for the inconvenience when this happens.

how long does delivery take?

the items purchased at peasnoo will be sent via a shipping company and delivered within 5-10 business days (standard delivery) or within 4 business days (express delivery). (see shipping & handling)

how can i check on the status of my orders?

when your order has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.  You can also view the status of your order by logging into your account and clicking on order history, where you can review the order status.

at peasnoo, inc. we are conscious of the importance of security on the internet. therefore, we use the secure payment system of authorize.net, a leading financial entity in electronic commerce. this way, confidential payment details are transmitted directly and in an encrypted manner (ssl) to the financial entity. peasnoo does not have a catalog, but we do have plans for it in the future. please continue to visit our site periodically for updates.
 
how old do i have to be to work peasnoo?

in order to work at peasnoo, you need to be 18 and have a valid work permit. you can submit your resume to
jobs@peasnoo.com, and our hiring manager will contact you when a fit arises.  peasnoo has lots of corporate opportunities for part-time work as well as for full-time, career-oriented candidates. we're always looking for responsible, enthusiastic, hard-working candidates!

do you offer internships?

currently, we do not have internships available, but as we continue to expand, we can open up to that possibility.

why was a product selling for $4.20 yesterday, now selling for $14.20?

from time to time, there may be information on peasnoo.com that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).  when an issue like this arises, after purchasing your order, you have the right to cancel the order with no questions asked.  we apologize for the inconvenience if this happens.

do you offer any sweepstakes?

thank you for your interest in peasnoo sweepstakes. periodically peasnoo offers sweepstakes, which will be posted on the home page. please check back with us for updates.

do you offer promotions and coupons?

occasionally peasnoo will offer promotions that can be redeemed online. promotions and discounts, including free shipping will be communicated on the website, through emails, and direct marketing, such as mailers.

to redeem a promotion, perform the following steps:  

1.       in the checkout page, you will see a space provided for you to enter the promotion/coupon code. go ahead and enter your promotion code in the space provided.

2.       click the "add" button on the right side of the page.

3.       prices for the items valid for the discount will be reduced by the amount of the promotion, and reflected in your order.

4.       click "checkout."
